Ordering Process

Request for staircase quote:

The more information you can provided the better. We’d need to know the style of staircase that you are looking for and some very rough guide measurement

Items that help with the quotation process (but not essential)

Floor plans of the staircase
Elevation and design drawings with specifications, including and not limited to, handrail systems and wood species.
Simple line sketches showing basic staircase dimensions if prints are not available.
Inspiration photos

Once we have the above we will be able to give you an estimat

Staircase Survey

On acceptance of our quote the design process will begin

We will either begin with

Dimensions specified on your architectural plans.
Dimensions provided from actual survey measurements.
NOTE: Conceptual drawings can be drawn to begin the process.

Staircase manufacture and installation

Once we are ready with the staircase – we will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date or installation date (depending on the services that you require)

Our Staircase Styles

As bespoke staircase manufacturers, we are able to design our staircases to meet your requirements whilst keeping your informed of all the staircase regulations. Our staircases are crafted from multi-materials and we are able to work with the following:

Staircase Metals: Mild steel, Stainless Steel and Aluminium
Staircase Timber: all hardwood and softwood timber (Oak, Walnut, Sapele, Wenge)
Staircase Glass: generally frameless glass is supplied in 15mm toughened or 21.5mm toughened and laminated (systems utilising newels use our 10mm glass range)

The mono-stringer staircase

The mono stringer staircase takes the beautiful combination of metal, timber and glass in a minimalist design allow light to flow through the stair treads. This is commonly designed using our frameless glass balustrade system with a stainless steel handrail to suit (available in Oak and other hardwood timbers).
